Mini Maximo/TRIRIGA User Group

A wise man once said, “You can’t manage what you can’t measure.” That’s why Adaptive Workplace Solutions, Datasplice, and Projetech are coming together to sponsor this event to help you aggregate information to make sound business decisions in facilities management. Whether you are a Maximo or TRIRIGA user, we have designed these sessions to be beneficial for either user.

This free half day event features sessions focused on facilities management including:

  1. Using Projects to Assemble Financial Data | Scott Geller, Adaptive Workplace Solution
    • How do you know which projects to fund and which projects to defer? Do you have disparate systems which make it difficult to measure if you’re on time and within budget? Having a strong Capital Project and Program Management solution will help you to align your organizational goals with opportunities to ensure that you get the biggest return on your investment.
  2. Making the Most of Key Performance Indicators to Measure What Matters | Julie Rampello, Projetech
    • Learn how to use KPI’s in your facilities management programs and why they are important. Maximo has a robust suite of KPI and reporting capabilities. We will explore critical KPI’s that can be leveraged to make informed and strategic decisions about your Facilities Maintenance and Operations. We will also cover the importance of accurate and standardized data collection.
  3.  Using Facility Condition Assessment to Manage Your Assets & Maintenance Budgets | Rich Powers, University of California
    • Do you know how much facility maintenance you have backlogged? Do you have difficulty justifying your budget each year for capital renewal and deferred maintenance? The University of California, Office of the President has developed a method for using RS Means data and Tririga’s Facility Condition Assessment module to assess the condition of real property assets, and estimating the deferred maintenance across the university system. The goal is to provide a solid foundation for capital planning and maintenance budgeting. Join us to discuss the process and methodology for identifying, prioritizing and estimating deferred maintenance in terms your financial management offices will understand.
  4. Capturing Required Inspection Data Electronically to Ensure Organizational Compliance | Michael Nutt & Scott Schilling, Datasplice
    • Converting paper or underdeveloped electronic means of collecting inspection data into a procedure-driven, well-defined, and applicable process for field staff, will assist any organization in meeting business and regulatory requirements. DataSplice will describe how this has been applied within various industries and how development of electronic inspection data collection processes helps to consolidate data into a system that becomes referenceable and reportable.
  5. Ask the Experts | Projetech, Datasplice, & Adaptive Workplace Solutions
    • This session will allow attendees to ask their most pressing and challenging questions. A survey will be sent out one week prior to the event to attendees to gather your biggest challenges. We’ll use that information to influence the discussion. Each discussion limited to 5 minutes with the ability for follow-on conversations afterwards.
  6. Golf, Networking, Drinks, & Grub | Topgolf
